• Trying to access parts of the site or our systems you're not supposed to reach.
• Using bots or scrapers to harvest our content without asking first.
• Uploading anything harmful, like malware or viruses.
• Impersonating JouleWorx, Kin, or anyone on our team.
• Doing anything that could damage or overload the site.

Everything on this site, including the text, design, graphics, logos, and the “Kin” and “JouleWorx” names, belongs to JouleWorx Private Limited. It is protected under Indian and international intellectual property law.

You can browse and read freely. You cannot reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use our content without written permission.

When you submit our contact form:

• You're confirming the information you share is accurate.
• We'll use it only to respond to you, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
• Sending us a message doesn't create any kind of formal client, advisory, or contractual relationship.

We link to external sites, including the App Store, Google Play, and our social media profiles. Those links are there for convenience. We don't control those sites and can't be responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. A link from us is not an endorsement.

Kin is not an emergency service

Kin helps people stay connected with trusted contacts. It is not a substitute for emergency services. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number.

To the extent the law allows, JouleWorx, its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.
• Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity.
• Damage from unauthorised access to your data.

Our total liability for any claim related to this website is capped at INR 1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand).

This doesn't affect any liability we can't legally exclude, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by our own negligence.
